Message injectors doesn't change fuel useage. The ECU is programmed to supply the same amount of fuel to the engine with larger injectors by shortening the pulse width that the computer sends to the larger injectors...ie. bigger injectors are not open as long and deliver the same amount of fuel at any given demand. The larger injectors allow you to be able to deliver more fuel to an increased air flow thru the engine. This is what is needed when you upgrade turbos and start moving more air thru the engine than the stock injectors can supply. Stock injectors can support (about) 425-450 flywheel horsepower.
